Fees and Payment Policy

In an effort to keep dental costs down while maintaining a high level of professional care, we have established the following payment options: Fees may be paid as follows:

  1. Prepayment in full or payment of estimated parent portion at the time of treatment. We accept cash, checks, VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express and DISCOVER. We offer a 5% discount for prepayment or cash payments at the time of treatment. Existing patients may pay on-line. Credit Card Logos
  2. Upon receipt of statement, payment of any remaining balance is due in full within 14 days.
  3. Extended payments may be available upon request. Please ask to speak to our Financial Coordinator.

Accounts outstanding more than 60 days from the treatment date will bear interest at 1.5% per month or 18% per annum

All major treatment and treatment involving a laboratory procedure will require an appropriate down payment.
