Insurance Information

Please bring your insurance information with you to the appointment. If you have dental insurance, we will help you determine the coverage that is available to you and estimate what insurance may pay. However, this is only an estimate. You may arrange for payment of the balance not covered by insurance by one of the options listed under Fees and Payment Policy.

Please remember that we provide dental care to your child, not the insurance company. We do not contract with the insurance company. Therefore, the parent is ultimately responsible for the fees incurred on the child's behalf.
